ON THE FIRST PART OF THE CLASS,WE STARTED CHECKING HOMEWORK ABOUT REPORTED SPEECH.THEN WE CONTINUED WITH A LISTENING.
THERE WAS AN EXERCISE FOR YOU TO TURN INTO REPORTED SPEECH.NEXT, YOU DID IT THE OTHER WAY ROUND: THERE WAS A TEXT IN INDIRECT SPEECH AND YOU TRANSFORMED INTO DIRECT SPEECH.
ON THE SECOND PART. WE CONTINUED THE LETTER FOR THE PROJECT WORK FOR DFC
WE REVISED SOME EXPRESSION FOR FORMAL LETTERS: EXPRESSION TO START A LETTER, TO END IT,TO EXPRESS THE REASON FOR WRITING, TO MAKE REQUESTS, CLOSING REMARKS, ETC.
VICTOR WILL MAKE THE CLEAR COPY FOR STHE ENGLISH VERSION OF THE LETTER AND ANGEL WILL DO THE SAME WITH THE SPANISH ONE. THEN THEY WILL POST THEM ON THIS BLOG.

Somos un grupo de alumnos de la academia"Learn & Enjoy" situada en la calle Perú, Leganes en el barrio del V centenario.
Le escribimos está carta para comunicarle que estamos participando en un proyecto de la ONG "Desing For Children"(DFC).
Nuestro proyecto consiste en investigar sobre las necesidades de la gente y la ciudad e intentar resolverlos. En particular, nos hemos centrado en la escasez de zonas para estacionamiento de bicicletas de Leganés.
Según nuestra propia experiencia los lugares donde harían falta serían en: los centros comerciales, institutos,centros sanitarios y barrios como Leganés Norte.
Le agradeceríamos su colaboración para llevar a cabo este proyecto. La juventud de Leganes le estaría muy agradecido por su gesto de contar con estos nuevos recursos.

THIS WEEK WE CONTINUED REVISING REPORTED SPEECH. WE CHECKED TENSES THROUGH AN EXERCISE THEN WE TOOK A TEXT IN INDIRECT STYLE AND TURNED IT INTO THE DIRECT STYLE. YOU STILL NEED SOME MORE PRACTICE! WE HAD A LISTENING TO REPORT WHAT PEOPLE WAS SAYING. IT WAS A FUNNY SITUATION!
